Refund Policy
At Motivation Design And Print Ltd, we value your satisfaction and strive to deliver services and products of the highest quality. This Refund Policy outlines your rights and our responsibilities.
1. Your Rights Under the Consumer Guarantees Act (CGA)
All services and products provided by Motivation Design And Print come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993.
You are entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund if the service or product we provide:

Is faulty or defective,

Is not of acceptable quality,

Does not match the description provided, or

Fails to deliver what was agreed or promised.
2. Change of Mind
Please choose carefully. We do not offer refunds or credits if you simply change your mind or decide you no longer want the service after work has commenced or materials have been supplied.
3. Digital Services and Design Work
Due to the nature of digital and creative services, refunds will only be considered if:

The service delivered does not match the written scope or proposal, or

There is a proven failure to deliver the agreed outcome under the service agreement.
In most cases, we will first seek to resolve any issue by revising or correcting the work before a refund is considered.
4. Deposits and Pre-Payments
Deposits or pre-payments are non-refundable once work has started, unless Motivation Design And Print fails to meet the agreed terms of service.
5. Requesting a Refund
If you believe you are entitled to a refund, please contact us within 7 days of delivery or project completion at:

Include your invoice number, project details, and reason for your request.
We’ll review your claim in line with New Zealand consumer law and respond within 10 working days.
6. Fair Trading Act
Motivation Design operates in accordance with the Fair Trading Act 1986, ensuring that all representations, advertising, and claims are accurate, honest, and not misleading.
